Expected Mixed Snow and Rain: Weather in Armenia
Rainfall is expected in most regions of Armenia after noon, during the night of January 13-14, and in the morning. This was reported by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.
"On the day of January 13, precipitation will occur in the form of mixed snow and rain in pre-mountain and valley areas, while from the evening of January 13, it will be in the form of snow across the republic. On January 13-14, significant snowfall is expected in certain areas, and in some mountainous places, blizzard conditions with low visibility are anticipated," the statement reads.
From January 14 to 16, air temperatures will gradually decrease by 10-13 degrees.
Today at noon, Yerevan is expected to experience mixed snow and rain, with snow arriving on the evening of January 13 and continuing into the night and morning of January 14. During the daytime, temperatures in the capital will fluctuate between +5 to +7 degrees, while at night, they will drop to between -3 and -5 degrees.
