Public Transport Driver Attacked by Passenger: Gegham Asatryan

Today around 10:00 AM, on Tamantsiner Street, at the terminus while eating, the driver of the public transport route number 16 was attacked by one of the passengers, reported Gegham Asatryan, spokesperson for ‘Yerevan Bus’ LLC.

“The driver sustained bodily injuries and was transported by ambulance to one of the medical facilities. The driver has filed a report with the Police,” said Asatryan.

“Yerevan Bus” LLC strongly condemns this and any similar incidents that obstruct the normal operation of public transport,” added Asatryan.
