Former Spokesman of Armenia's Second President Viktor Soghomonyan and Family Summoned by Prosecutor's Office

The former spokesman of Armenia's second president Robert Kocharyan, Viktor Soghomonyan, along with his father, former MP Ernest Soghomonyan, and other family members have been summoned by the prosecutor's office.

According to a notice published on the Azdarar website, they have been invited regarding the "proceeding for the confiscation of property of illegal origin." The Prosecutor General's Office began examination of properties belonging to Ernest Mikhaili Soghomonyan on January 27, 2023.

Additionally, Aghvan Vardanyan, a member of the National Assembly’s Armenia faction, has also been summoned by the relevant division of the Prosecutor's Office. The division has conducted an investigation regarding Vardanyan's properties and invited him to familiarize himself with the case materials and submit a declaration.
