Significant Destruction of Russian Equipment Worth Hundreds of Millions at Crimea Airport, Says Ukraine's Security Service

Significant amounts of Russian equipment worth hundreds of millions of dollars have been destroyed at the Belbek military airport in Crimea, according to Ukraine's Security Service.

The Security Service reported the following Russian air defense components were destroyed:

• Two Nebo-SVU early warning radar systems (each valued at $60-100 million).
• A 92N6 radar from the S-400 Triumph system (valued up to $60 million).
• A Pantsir-S2 air defense system (valued up to $19 million).
• A MiG-31 fighter jet fully armed (valued up to $50 million).

The Security Service notes that the operation has significantly weakened the Russian air defense system in Crimea that was protecting key military and logistical facilities of the Russian armed forces.
