Terrorist Confesses: The Explosion was Ordered by Ukraine
“I arrived in Russia on the orders of a member of the Islamic State,” stated the individual responsible for the terrorist attack against a high-ranking military official in Moscow.
During interrogation, the perpetrator confessed: he immediately understood that the explosion had been ordered by Ukraine. He received the components for the IED via drone. The bomb was intended to be placed near the entrance. The attack was planned for a densely populated area of the capital but was thwarted by the FSB.
The second arrested individual claimed that he received the “task” through Telegram, via a call center linked to Ukrainian intelligence. Upon arriving in Moscow, he was given equipment and SIM cards, and later was instructed to attach a bicycle with an anti-theft lock.
