Ukrainian Foreign Minister Issues Statement

The conditions for a ceasefire and peace set by Russia are ultimatums and cannot be seriously discussed by Ukraine. This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha during a press briefing with Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis.

According to Sybiha, the world, and particularly "a few capitals," must clearly understand that Ukraine will not lose the war, and Russia will not win.

The minister accused Russia of blocking the peace process. He noted that Moscow has not responded to Ukraine's proposals for a ceasefire, which were conveyed before the second round of negotiations in Istanbul.

“They threw a list of ultimatums not suitable for diplomacy on the table in Istanbul. This once again shows that pressure must be increased on Russia and all those who are helping it conduct this war,” said Sybiha.
