Hayk Sargsyan has been "thrown off the lines": "Hraparak"
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "During the conflict between Hayk Sargsyan and Alen Simonyan, an interesting episode 'came to light', which has been secretly discussed by members of the ruling party for two days.
Hayk Sargsyan publicly accused his team of spreading falsehoods about him during a briefing yesterday, stating that one of the claims in the party's statement regarding an anonymous letter that surfaced in the media before the congress does not correspond to reality.
Recall that in the statement regarding the initiation of proceedings against Hayk Sargsyan in the ruling party's board, it was mentioned: 'Hayk Sargsyan has also submitted a request for disciplinary proceedings against Alen Simonyan. The oversight committee invited Hayk Sargsyan twice to present explanations regarding his request; however, he was unable to attend due to being out of the country.'
Sargsyan stated that he has not received any proposal from his colleagues to clarify his request. 'I asked our party to edit that section to avoid creating the impression that Hayk Sargsyan has applied but does not want to participate in the discussion of the request. However, it should be noted that as of yesterday, the statement on the official Facebook page of the ruling party had not been edited. We were told that Hayk Sargsyan's statement has been poorly received within the team and will not be left unanswered,' the newspaper writes.
