Nikol Pashinyan has urgently summoned members of the Security Council for a government meeting, according to 'Hraparak'.
Among those present with Pashinyan are Alen Simonyan, Suren Papikyan, Vice Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, NSS Director Armen Abazyan, and Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan.
