Samvel Shahramanyan is Being Questioned Again

The President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, is currently at the Investigative Committee of Armenia, where he has been summoned for questioning once again. This was reported to 24News by Shahramanyan’s lawyer, Roman Yeritsyan.

In the past month, he has already been invited to the Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia for questioning 6-7 times. The case for which Shahramanyan is being questioned is related to the capitulation of the Republic of Artsakh, alleged military negligence during the war, as well as the handing over of weapons and ammunition to the enemy.

Shahramanyan’s lawyer, Roman Yeritsyan, previously stated that Shahramanyan is being questioned in the capacity of a witness and that he has not been charged with any accusations.
