French President Emmanuel Macron has denied reports in the media regarding the possible dissolution of the National Assembly. “I saw that one of your colleagues wrote something absurd. It was not serious from Bloomberg,” the French president stated during a conversation with reporters.

The country’s leader emphasized that he is not considering holding new snap elections and has never supported such an initiative. This statement came a day after the Élysée Palace officially rejected Bloomberg's publication claiming that the Parliament was set to be dissolved in the autumn.
