At least 45 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip due to Israeli military operations. This was reported by Al Jazeera, referencing medical sources.

According to them, the Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip have resulted in at least 45 deaths, with more than 100 people injured. The death toll continues to rise as strikes hit the enclave overnight, the news channel notes.

It is worth recalling that on March 18, the Israeli army resumed military operations in the Gaza Strip, launching extensive strikes against the enclave and thus interrupting the ceasefire established in January 2025.
