Microbiological Deviations Found at 'Daughter Marianna' LLC

Inspectors from the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia conducted checks at the dairy production facility of 'Daughter Marianna' LLC and collected samples from the range of products being produced. Laboratory test results revealed that a sample of the product 'Creamy Butter 82.5%' weighing 20 grams did not meet the microbiological standards established by the technical regulations of the Customs Union, showing the presence of mesophilic aerobic, facultative anaerobic bacteria, as well as enterobacteriaceae and yeasts.

As a result, the production of the specified product at 'Daughter Marianna' LLC has been suspended, and a deadline has been set for correcting the violations.
