Citizen Driving with Child in Arms Identified

Recently, a video was posted on social media showing a driver operating a vehicle with an unbuckled young child in their arms. This was reported by the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The patrol officers of Armavir have identified the driver, the make of the vehicle, and its license plate number. The 55-year-old man was presented to the Community Police Department of Vagarshapat in a 'Toyota'. Administrative violation reports have been drawn up against him.

Dear drivers, it is crucial to strictly adhere to traffic rules, especially when traveling with children. Even seemingly minor violations can lead to tragedy,” the statement said.
