Taxpayers Struggle to Operate Fully: Who is to Blame?
As you know, currently all tax reports, as well as tax invoices and itemized statements (invoices), are issued exclusively electronically. At the same time, many are aware that April 20 is considered the deadline for submitting the March 2025, the first quarter of 2025, and the annual tax reports for 2024. This time of year is regarded as the most heavily loaded.
Many citizens have turned to Auroranews, asking for a resolution, noting that the well-known issue of "carousel" arises here. The State Revenue Committee (SRC) informs that the technical maintenance of the mentioned site is conducted by a private company named Team Solutions, while the company states that the problem is not due to their inadequate service, but rather the insufficient capacity of the SRC's servers.
The "hero" taxpayer is left standing before a broken basin, unable to carry out full entrepreneurial activities and unable to submit the required reporting calculations, which could lead to fines,” citizens describe the situation to Auroranews.
Auroranews has reached out to the SRC for clarification.
