23-Year-Old Driver Rolls Over into Field: Two Passengers are Minors

Today, on August 15, an accident occurred in the Syunik region. Around 11:50 AM, a 23-year-old resident of Syunik, Martun T., lost control of his "VAZ-2121" vehicle on the 12th kilometer of the Goris-Shinuhayr highway, veering left off the traffic lane and rolling into an intermediate area of the field.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, driver Martun T., along with passengers 27-year-old Martela T., 14-year-old P. S., 40-year-old Sona H., and 16-year-old V. H., were taken to the "Goris" medical center with bodily injuries.

A criminal case has been initiated in the Goris investigative department regarding the incident. At the scene, the driver of the "VAZ-2121" stated that the cause of the accident was the driver's fault of a Willys vehicle, who had created a hazardous situation, but the Willys driver denied this, claiming that there was no such occurrence.
