Hamas Considers Its Response to Mediators as "Somewhat Positive"
The Palestinian Hamas movement believes that its response to mediators in indirect negotiations with the Israeli side regarding the situation in Gaza can be considered "somewhat positive." This was announced by a representative of the radical movement's leadership.
“We conveyed our response to the proposal for regulating the situation in Gaza to the mediators, and it is somewhat positive,” the movement's representative stated, as quoted by Al Hadath television. At the same time, he noted that Hamas has "not yet heard a specific response from the Israeli side."
The representative of the radicals confirmed that "the movement's priority is a ceasefire in Gaza." He believes that "the mediators should exert pressure on the Israeli side to achieve a ceasefire."
