Trump Believes He Has Successfully Kicked Biden Out of the Race

Former U.S. President and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump expressed confidence that President Joe Biden would withdraw his candidacy following the disastrous debate on June 27. Trump stated that it would be easier for him to compete against Vice President Kamala Harris, whom he referred to as 'pathetic.'

According to Trump, Biden has effectively exited the race. 'He (Biden) simply stepped out of the race. I kicked him out, which means it's now Kamala’s turn,' Trump was quoted by The Daily Beast portal.

The presidential elections in the United States are scheduled for November 5. Trump has already secured the necessary number of delegate votes to run for the Republican nomination. Meanwhile, Biden, who is running for a second presidential term, has garnered sufficient support from Democratic Party delegates. Their nominations will be confirmed at party conventions this summer.
