Sudden Weather Change in Yerevan and Regions

The Armenian Weather Service "Hydromet" informs that due to the infiltration of a cold atmospheric front from the Black Sea region, rain and thunderstorms are expected across the entire territory of the republic on the evening of June 26 and during the night of June 26 to 27. In certain areas, hail may also occur.

Intense rainfall is anticipated in Lori, Tavush, Gegharkunik, and Syunik. During thunderstorms, wind gusts of 25-30 m/s are expected. The air temperature on the afternoon of June 26 and during the night of June 27 will decrease by 5-7 degrees, as stated by Gagik Surenyan.
