VIDEO: Pashinyan Emphasizes Citizen Rights Representation

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has released a video titled "Conversations About the State 4. Rights, Legitimacy, Sovereignty, Territorial Integrity." In the video, he states that an important aspect of sovereignty is when citizens determine the scope of their rights and obligations.

"This is sovereignty; it is not others who decide what rights and obligations the people have, but the people themselves decide," he emphasized.
