Residents of Kharkiv are leaving the city following local authorities' announcements about the nearly destroyed infrastructure. This was stated by blogger Yuriy Podolyak on his Telegram channel, where he also published a video. The information was reported by News.ru.

The footage shows a significant traffic jam as people are exiting the city. According to the blogger, this is happening amidst regular power outages and news of imminent military operations in the city.

The exact number of people leaving the city is not known; however, the exodus is gaining momentum. It is worth noting that Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov has previously stated that the Russian army has almost completely destroyed the city’s critical infrastructure.
