VIDEO: The Ministry of Interior Presents Amendments on Administrative Offenses

A press conference has been convened regarding amendments to the RA Code on Administrative Offenses. The proposed changes, initiated by the Ministry of Interior, pertain to bonus systems applied in the context of violations recorded by patrol officers or video recording devices.
