Video: 'Police operatives attempt to extract information from citizen through beatings and humiliation' - Ioannisyan

Daniel Ioannisyan, the program coordinator of the Civic Consciousness NGO, has published a video on his Facebook page with the following caption: 'On March 14, operatives of the Yerevan Police Central Division were seen beating, insulting, and humiliating citizen Vahe Navoyan in an attempt to extract information near Arin Berd Street. Armenian law enforcement does not speak about police violence, and the revelation of such cases is solely up to the citizens.'
