31-Year-Old Comedian Amiran Gevorgyan Murdered in Sochi
During the Humorists and Inventive People Club (КВН) festival in Sochi, 31-year-old comedian Amiran Gevorgyan has died following a brawl. This was reported by the Shot Telegram channel.
The incident occurred in the early morning hours of January 18. Gevorgyan, a former member of the Southern Capital team, got into a fight with 32-year-old Arthur Rasulov from Dagestan. During the altercation, Amiran sustained serious head injuries.
Witnesses who called for an ambulance initially told doctors that the man had simply fallen from a height of two meters, but it later emerged that he had been injured during the fight. He was taken to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a skull fracture and base of skull fracture, open cranial injury, severe concussion, and epidural hematoma. Due to the injuries sustained, the comedian fell into a coma and died two days later without regaining consciousness.
It is known that he performed with the KVN team in Sochi, but he was not part of the participant roster for this festival, instead attending as a guest. According to sources, Arthur Rasulov is currently wanted by authorities.
