Earthquake Registered in Armenia-Georgia Border Zone
An earthquake has been registered in the Armenia-Georgia border zone. On January 4, 2024, at 03:40 local time (23:40 on January 3, Greenwich Mean Time), the seismic network of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.3 at a depth of 10 km, located 8 km northeast of the city of Tashir, at geographical coordinates of 41.17° North latitude and 44.35° East longitude.
