In Ukraine, Women Will Be Trained to Drive Buses: The Reason Revealed

The Mayor of Odesa, Gennadi Trukhanov, stated in a recent interview that due to mobilization, the city does not have enough bus drivers, prompting authorities to recruit and train women to drive buses.

"We have drivers, but not as many as necessary. We have made arrangements with our partners that women who wish to learn will become drivers of such transport, as there are currently fewer men (due to mobilization)," Trukhanov was quoted by the TV channel.

According to him, German partners have delivered ten buses to the city, and negotiations are also underway with Istanbul.
