Court Issues Ruling on Avetik Chalabyan

Today, on December 21, the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court, presided over by Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan, issued a ruling regarding Avetik Chalabyan.
Accordingly, the court decided to impose restrictions on Chalabyan's freedom for a period of 1 year, 11 months, and 5 days. The court also prohibited Chalabyan from participating in gatherings and other public events, as well as changing his residence without the consent of the competent authority exercising control over his behavior.
It's noteworthy that public-political figure Avetik Chalabyan is accused of financially incentivizing individuals to participate in a gathering or to refuse to participate in one.
