As a result of what happened around the Constitutional Court in previous years, when the powers of several judges of the Constitutional Court were terminated, they turned to the European Court of Human Rights, claiming that this process was illegal. At that time, the opposition was saying, ‘the government is seizing the Constitutional Court.’ If we change the names and dates, it’s the same text. Today, the European Court of Human Rights has made a decision stating that the actions of the Armenian government are legal and everything was done within the framework of anti-corruption policy. Even in the ECHR, the thesis that the Armenian government is seizing the Constitutional Court has been crushed, along with Alaverdi, the ‘Armenia’ faction, and ‘I have honor’,” he said.
