VIDEO: Yerevan State University Comments on Explosion Causes

The spokesperson for Yerevan State University, Khnar Miyaskyan, reports that the fire broke out in one of the basement rooms of the university's first building. According to preliminary assumptions, the fire was caused by voltage fluctuations. The fire has now been extinguished, and appropriate measures are being taken.
