VIDEO: Kamaz carrying 15 servicemen overturns in Syunik

A traffic accident occurred today in the Syunik region. Around 16:10, a Kamaz vehicle, in still unknown circumstances, veered off the roadway at the end of the village of Verin Khotanan and ended up partially overturned near the iron gates of a resident's home.

Photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports that as a result of the accident, 7 individuals were transported to the hospital. According to Shamshyan's information, the Kamaz is registered with the Armenian Ministry of Defense, carrying 15 servicemen; 7 sustained injuries, but their lives are not in danger.

The incident is being investigated by the Military Investigative Department of the Syunik garrison of the Armenian Investigative Committee, where they are determining the identities of the driver and the injured.
