Photos and videos of the unloading of more than 20 French ACMAT Bastion armored vehicles from the Georgian port of Poti have spread across the internet. It is mentioned that these vehicles are allegedly to be transported to Armenia.

In this regard, Auroranews contacted the press secretary of the Armenian Minister of Defense, Aram Torosyan. "Apart from the official statements and announcements regarding the cooperation between Armenia and France in the field of defense, we cannot provide any additional information at this time," noted Torosyan.

It should be noted that earlier, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry stated that Armenia and France should put an end to their policy of armament and militarization in the region.

Recall that on October 24, France's Minister of Armed Forces, Sébastien Lecornu, announced that France is assisting Armenia in improving its air defense capabilities.
