Bayramov Discusses Situation in Artsakh with Vladimir Putin's Adviser

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, has discussed the situation in Artsakh following the military operations and the provision of humanitarian aid with Ruslan Edelgeriev, the special representative of the President of Russia for climate issues.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Azerbaijani minister informed his counterpart about urgent measures being taken by Baku to meet the needs of the Armenian population in Nagorno-Karabakh and the ongoing intensive negotiations regarding their reintegration.
