Who Will Be the New Prime Minister of Artsakh? - 'Zhoghovurd'

According to 'Zhoghovurd', the position of the Prime Minister of Artsakh in the future government will be held by a former ally of former President Arayik Harutyunyan. This refers to Arthur Harutyunyan, the current leader of the 'Free Homeland'-KDM parliamentary faction, who will be fully focused on the implementation of economic projects, meaning that he will oversee only the financial and economic block. The political governance and coordination of security services will be handled by the President of Artsakh.

It should be noted that the Artsakh Parliament will elect a new President on Saturday. The three opposition factions that have nominated Shahramanyan held a meeting with the 'Free Homeland' faction on September 5. Following the election of the new President, a new government will be formed, which is expected to be consensual, with nearly all political forces represented.
