Pashinyan Dismisses Head of the National Protective Service

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has dismissed Sargsyan Hovhannisyan from the position of Head of the National Protective Service.

According to the decision, "Guided by the second part of Article 15.1 of the Law on ensuring the security of persons under special state protection, 1. Sargsyan Hovhannisyan is dismissed from the position of Head of the National Protective Service. 2. The performance of the duties of the Head of the National Protective Service is entrusted to the Deputy Head Artur Gasparyan," the decision states.
