Artak Beglaryan Has Resigned from His Position According to His Application

Artak Beglaryan, advisor to the Prime Minister of Artsakh, has resigned from his position in accordance with his application.
“Dear compatriots, you are aware of the change in the Prime Minister of the Republic of Artsakh and the upcoming resignation of the president. I inform you that today, in accordance with my application, I have been relieved of my duties as an advisor to the Prime Minister. I have had my own views and proposals regarding both current and past internal and external developments, which I have presented to the President and the Prime Minister, emphasizing the ongoing necessity for the stability and efficiency of the state system.”

“Throughout my 11 years of public service, I have devoted myself to serving the Republic of Artsakh and the Armenian people to the utmost extent of my values, principles, knowledge, and abilities. In my capacity as an advisor to the Prime Minister in recent months, I have practically coordinated informational activities and have supported the implementation of foreign policy and international legal efforts as much as possible.”

“I believe those who know me understand well that regardless of my status within the state system, I will continue to serve my Homeland and my People, considering the stable and developing state as an undeniable axis. Especially in these extremely difficult conditions created by the blockade and Azerbaijani genocidal policies, more than ever, our efforts should aim to ensure the unshakeable and effective functioning of the state system of the Republic of Artsakh. Therefore, considering my resignation a political necessity, at the same time, I have never conditioned my national and public service on individuals or statuses.”

“Thus, I am always ready within the framework of my principles and values to support the authorities of Artsakh to the utmost in overcoming diverse external and internal challenges. Regardless of my non-primary status, I apologize to all our compatriots whose expectations I have been unable to meet or have allowed various omissions. Thank you to President Harutyunyan and Prime Minister Nersisyan for the opportunity to serve the state, and to all my colleagues for the effective cooperation.”

“Historical patience and determination to our people in the heavy mission of preserving statehood and Homeland and handing it down to future generations.”

It should be noted that this is already the third case of a government official's resignation today. Earlier, we reported that the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, announced his resignation. By the decree of the President of Artsakh, Prime Minister Gurgen Nersisyan has also been relieved of his duties.
