Artsakh President to Dismiss State Minister Before Resignation: Reports

Changes are set to occur within the Artsakh government today. According to Hayastan.news, Arayik Harutyunyan is expected to resign, but prior to that, there will be changes in the government.
"Arayik Harutyunyan will dismiss Artsakh's State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan. The identity of the new candidate will be announced later," the media outlet reported.
It is also noted that Harutyunyan will implement further changes within the cabinet, with news of his resignation expected to emerge tonight.
