Baku Will Return the Three Abducted Youths in a Few Days, Says Artsakh Foreign Minister

Baku will release three youths in a few days. This was reported by Artsakh's Foreign Minister Sergey Ghazaryan during a conversation with journalists in the city of Goris, Syunik Province.

“Our partners have informed us that the Azerbaijani side, through peacekeepers, has conveyed that in a few days they will release our youths,” Ghazaryan noted.

In response to a clarifying question about where the youths would be returned, to Armenia or Artsakh, the minister emphasized that in any case, they would be safer in both territories.

It is worth noting that on August 28, Azerbaijan abducted three youths near an illegally established checkpoint in the Lachin corridor, accusing them of disrespecting the Azerbaijani flag.
