Armenia Submits Letter to International Court Against Azerbaijan

On April 25, the Republic of Armenia submitted a letter to the International Court of Justice relating to the ongoing case of Armenia against Azerbaijan under the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. The submission addresses important developments arising from Azerbaijan's placement of a checkpoint in the Lachin corridor on April 23, 2023.

According to the representative, it has been emphasized that the establishment of the checkpoint is yet another violation by Azerbaijan of the Court's order on February 22, regarding the application of interim measures against Azerbaijan.
