VIDEO: Young Man Beats Dog in Tsitsernakaberd Park, Witnesses Alert Authorities

Yesterday evening, I was a witness and participant in such cruel behavior towards an animal in Tsitsernakaberd Park. This was reported by Facebook user Hasmik Karapetyan, who also published a video and appealed to the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

“I don’t know this beast, but the face is captured very well in the video. In the footage, I try, at least in some way, to defend the dog. I know that we can together identify this scoundrel and punish him appropriately. Please share this video so we can quickly uncover this person's identity. Thank you,” she wrote.
