RESCUE: Child Climbs Tree and Cannot Descend Alone, Firefighters Assist

Rescue workers have responded to the scene.

On March 8, at 1:51 PM, the crisis management national center received a report that a child had climbed a tree in the yard of an apartment building on Mashtots Avenue in Yerevan and was unable to descend by himself, requiring the assistance of rescuers.

A firefighting unit from the Emergency Situations Ministry's rescue department in Yerevan was dispatched to the scene. Rescuers brought G. K. (born 2010) down from the tree.
