Three Police Officers Killed Due to Azerbaijani Sabotage Incursion: Artsakh Interior Ministry

This morning, around 10:00 AM, an Azerbaijani military sabotage group targeted and opened fire on the rotation vehicle of the passport and visa department of the police force in the area known as Khaypalou.

As a result of the sabotage incursion, three police officers were killed:

• Lieutenant Colonel Armen Mayori Babayan
• Major Davit Valeri Danyelyan
• Lieutenant Ararat Telmani Gasparyan

Another officer, Lieutenant Davit Ashoti Hovsepyan, sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and is currently in a republican medical center.

The Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs shares the grief of the families of the fallen officers during this difficult time and expresses its condolences to their relatives.
