‘The Author of Yesterday’s Chaos had a Father who was One of the Anti-Church Activists’: What the Priest revealed

‘Iravunk’ spoke with the priest of the Holy Thaddeus Church in Masis, Father Yeznic Mardiryann. According to him, the Hummer registered in the city of Ararat, Ararat Province had appeared near the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin years ago.

‘The father of the author of yesterday’s chaos, Arthur Sahakyan, was one of the prominent anti-church activists who from the same Hummer voiced “prayers” and inappropriate words regarding the Catholicos of Armenia, whose actions were never punished by law. Now the son is behind the wheel of the same vehicle,’ he noted.

According to Father Yeznic Mardiryann, there are videos uploaded where the father of the 26-year-old young man carried out a protest against the Catholicos years ago with the same car.

The infamous ‘New Armenia, New Catholicos’ movement started against the Holy Etchmiadzin and the Catholicos of Armenia, with this same Hummer participating in those protests, especially in the city of Etchmiadzin. The videos are uploaded on YouTube and when I watched carefully, I saw that the car driven by yesterday’s ‘hero’ is indeed the same Hummer used by one of the participants in the protest against the Catholicos years ago, who was his father, driving it again,’ he stated.
