Driver of 'Hamer' Previously Resided in Psychiatric Hospital and Escaped from Medical Facility

G. Sahradyan had previously been in the Nubarashen psychiatric hospital, and after being transferred to one of Yerevan's hospitals, he escaped from that medical facility, reports Shamshyan.com.

Recall that police chased a Hummer vehicle with several service cars, which had been driving on sidewalks and even entered the sidewalk near the main entrance of the Armenian government building, where it ran over the commander of the second battalion of the Yerevan Patrol Service, Roman Mirzakhanyan. Afterward, failing to comply with the police's command to 'Stop', the driver fled after damaging several vehicles.

Eventually, the police managed to apprehend and arrest him.
