Opel Driver Hits 5 Pedestrians, Including 2 Children

In Kotayk Province, an incident occurred today, February 7, when a 26-year-old resident named Khoren Karapetyan hit five people with his Opel vehicle around 9:30 AM at the intersection of Yerevanian Street and Kotayk Highway in Abovyan, near the military commissariat.

According to Shamshyan.com, the injured were transported to the Abovyan Medical Center by the driver of the Opel and Tigran Marutyan, an employee of the 'Kingmarshal' security company, who happened to be passing through the area at the time.

The police and investigative department are working to establish the identities of the driver and the injured individuals. Reports indicate that two of the injured are children.
