A 4.6 magnitude earthquake has been recorded in central Turkey, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC). The earthquake was registered at 09:52 Yerevan time, located 58 km northwest of the epicenter in Kahramanmaraş, which was earlier struck by a devastating quake, as reported by Ria.ru.

Additionally, a 5.1 magnitude earthquake has been recorded in southeastern Turkey. There are no reports of new destruction due to the earthquakes.

According to the EMSC website, seven aftershocks have followed the initial quake in Turkey.

It is worth noting that rescue operations continue in southern Turkey and northern Syria following the three powerful earthquakes that occurred on February 6-7, which claimed over 7,700 lives.
