On February 3, at 06:45, a citizen reported to the police department in Akhuryan that around 03:00, he and his girlfriend were near one of the restaurant complexes in the city of Gyumri when a vehicle of the 'Niva' brand approached them. Three individuals exited the vehicle and began to search them, taking the man's wallet and phone, as well as his girlfriend's passports (both theirs and her Russian passport) and her phone.
