We Aim to Strengthen Cooperation Between the Armed Forces of Russia and China. Putin
The President of Russia has noted that against the backdrop of increasing geopolitical tensions, the relationship between Russia and China demonstrates maturity and stability.
Russia and China will continue cooperation in the military-technical field, which contributes to the security of both countries. This statement was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin during online negotiations with Chinese leader Xi Jinping.
“Of course, military and military-technical cooperation occupies a special place in the entire spectrum of Russian-Chinese cooperation and relations, contributing to ensuring the security of our countries and maintaining stability in key regions. We aim to strengthen cooperation between the armed forces of Russia and China,” said the Russian President.
Putin emphasized that the relations between Russia and China demonstrate maturity and stability amid rising geopolitical tensions. “Our relations withstand all tests with dignity, demonstrate maturity and stability, and continue to develop dynamically. As previously noted, these ties are the best in the entire history and are a vivid example of cooperation among major powers in the 21st century,” stated the President of Russia.
In Putin's opinion, the cooperation between Russia and China serves the formation of a just world order in the international arena. “The cooperation between Moscow and Beijing in the international arena, including within the UN Security Council, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, BRICS, and G20, contributes to the formation of a just world order based on international law,” said the Russian President.
He noted that Russia and China view the reasons, course, and logic of the transformation of the global geopolitical landscape in the same way.
