Displaced Persons from 44-Day War Can Apply for Financial Assistance
Displaced persons and those who lost their living quarters due to the 44-day war can apply for a financial assistance of 40,000 drams aimed at temporarily addressing their housing needs. Eligible individuals who were not recognized as beneficiaries initially but have since been recognized, as well as those who did not have the chance to apply during the first phase, can submit their applications from September 12 to 18 via the website statesupport.am.
This information has been reported by the Housing Committee of the Republic of Artsakh. Since persons eligible for assistance include those registered with the NKR Housing Committee for housing provision, we urge our compatriots who have not yet submitted their documents to do so promptly. Required documents include:
- A copy of the adult family member's passport (with registration page).
- A copy of the minor child's birth certificate.
- A copy of the notification regarding the allocation of a public service number to a family member.
- A copy of the marriage certificate (in the case of divorce, a copy of the divorce certificate or court ruling).
- A certificate of the family composition.
- A certificate of permanent registration and actual residence addresses.
- A copy of the property certificate for the lost living quarters (including those lost due to military actions).
- If a family member has been recognized as deceased or missing, a document from the military commissariat or the relevant state authorities regarding the individual’s death or missing status, or a court ruling to that effect.
- If a family member is recognized as permanently disabled or there is a child with disabilities in the family, a copy of the document confirming the disability.
- Information on properties owned by each family member in the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia, as well as certificates related to the transfer of property after September 27, 2020.
- Any other necessary documents as required.
For families displaced from separate regions of Artsakh, there is no need to submit documents for the state program aimed at providing housing affordability (to acquire housing through mortgage financing in the Republic of Armenia).
