Can We Regain Ourselves and Achieve What We Did 29 Years Ago? - Senor Hasratyan
Senor Hasratyan, former spokesperson for the Artsakh Defense Army, reflects on the past: "On July 4, 1992, under the pressure of numerous enemy forces, the self-defense forces of Artsakh were compelled to leave Martakert and embark on the path of retreat. At that time, many were skeptical that one day it would be possible to see the Armenian city liberated again. But thanks to the faithful part of our people and the competent and willful qualities of its military-political leadership, exactly one year later, as a result of the brilliant counter-offensive operation that took place from June 26 to 27, 1993, Martakert was liberated... Today, exactly 30 years after the fall of Martakert, we find ourselves in almost the same situation, but this time not only in the north but also in the south, east, and west... We have lost Hadrut and Shushi, and many more territories... Can we regain ourselves and achieve what we did 29 years ago, or will we continue to lose?"
