Mysterious Incident in Armavir Region: Car Reduced to Ashes; One Dead

Today, on June 23, a mysterious incident occurred in the Armavir region. Around 11:10 AM, the emergencies ministry's rescue service received a call reporting that a vehicle was on fire in the village of Parakar.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, firefighters extinguished the blaze in a VAZ 2121 model vehicle parked in front of a house on Getapnuy Street in Parakar. The car has been completely reduced to a pile of ash.

From the scene, one individual was transported with severe injuries to the Echmiadzin Medical Center, where doctors were unable to save their life. Preliminary reports indicate that the individual sustained serious injuries.

Currently, the area has been cordoned off by the head of the Vagharshapat division of the police, awaiting the arrival of the investigative group from the Armavir regional investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia.

According to initial information, an explosion occurred, igniting the fire. Police and the investigative department are working to determine the identity of the deceased.
