Poland Transfers Nearly Entire Stock of MiG-29 Aircraft Parts to Ukraine
Poland has transferred nearly its entire stock of MiG-29 aircraft parts to Ukraine.
The Polish authorities, who had previously refused to send their Soviet-made MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine, have instead sent parts for these aircraft to Kyiv. This was reported by the Polish news portal Onet.
According to the portal's information, Poland has handed over nearly the entire batch of parts and ammunition for the MiG-29 aircraft to Ukraine. This will enable the Ukrainian side to restore the combat capability of the fighters.
The issue of transferring the Soviet-made Polish MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine was discussed in April. However, according to Polish officials, such deliveries have not taken place, and the topic has been closed.
